On May 29th, the Consulate General of the Dominican Republic in Shanghai held an opening ceremony, and Ningshing Holdings was among the invited to attend. Mr. Zhang Lei warmly congratulated the Dominican government for the opening of the Consulate General of the Dominican Republic in Shanghai on behalf of Ningshing Holdings.
